We try our best to offer quality services that match every aspect of the business of our esteemed customers. We make a refund to Payments in any custom design project as a courtesy to the client; however, our internal management reserves the exclusive right to approve the refund request of any customer.

Refund Policy for New Accounts in web designing is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee where we refund your money if you are dissatisfied with our work. In case a client is not completely satisfied with our services, we can provide a refund, which takes a maximum of 30 working days which we process in the client's account either by Credits or direct deposit through the bank account.

All refunds will be issued to the original purchaser in the same Bank account as provided. The dues for Domain Name Registration / Domain Transfer or any other HOSTING-related services are NOT refundable as the domain provider is always a third-party global server.

All new domain names are final sale at the time of purchase and cannot be refunded as they are within a third-party hold where you are the sole owner of any domain name. The domain names are transferable and, therefore, not subject to refunds by those organisations.

Refund Policy in Web Hosting is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee, which concludes only when you become dissatisfied with our services.

Avast Care services are provided at the final sale time of purchase registration through our services upon payment in full, and refunds in it cannot be manipulated as they are not in our hands.

Renewal on behalf of a customer will receive the notification of domain expiration before its expiration date. Purchase and update to the domain name renewal need to be accomplished by the client. We will grant no refunds for domain name renewals under any circumstances.

The proper approval will make refunds for all website and unsatisfied work issues of the client. The customer needs to specify the account details and reason to the associates, after which we will proceed as per requirements.
